Your treating doctor at UKGM Marburg can have your tumor examined through molecular pathology and then present your case at the ZPM-O (MTB) tumor conference. If you are not being treated at the UKGM, please ask your treating doctor to contact the Institute of Pathology directly. In order to develop a sensible therapy recommendation, in addition to your consent to molecular diagnostics, meaningful documents about the course of your illness to date are required (doctor's letters, histological and radiological findings). As a patient of the ZPM-O Marburg, you also have the opportunity to take part in a registry study and in the cross-site study on the DNPM (German Network for Personalized Medicine).

At the tumor conference, the MTB specialists will discuss further treatment options based on the molecular pathological findings, which your treating doctor can use to determine further treatment with you.
