The CCC Marburg participates in the work of the Hessian Cancer Society in various places.

The Hessische Krebsgesellschaft e.V. is a non-profit association of oncologically active doctors, scientists, sponsors from the public and private law sectors as well as those affected and interested. The purpose of the company is to fight cancer in the state of Hesse. It works to ensure that knowledge about cancer is deepened and that scientific cancer research is supported. It provides information about cancer, therapy options, aftercare and offers of help and promotes early detection. She advocates the expansion of public and private care for cancer patients. Furthermore, she is involved in an advisory and expert opinion on social legislation in questions of cancer prevention and the fight against cancer. The Hessian Cancer Society aims to support and network all organizations, cancer patients and their relatives. These are i.a. Cancer counseling centers, tumor centers, oncological focuses and working groups, aftercare facilities, social services, self-help groups and rehabilitation sports groups.
